Women in Print 2018 Sydney

Women in Print 2018 Sydney
Women in Print is set to celebrate 11 years of providing a forum for women in the industry with advocate Amna Karra-Hassan to present

Women in Print's Sydney 2018 breakfast will be held at the The Tea Room - Queen Victoria Building, Level 3, North End, 455 George St, Sydney.

This year's guest speaker Amna Karra-Hassan is an activist and advocate for diversity, inclusion and gender parity and works for the Australian Federal Police in the Reform, Culture and Standards portfolio, which is responsible for engaging the workforce in cultural change.

She is also the Founder and President of the Auburn Giants Australian Football Club and has pioneered programs for women of minority communities in Western Sydney.

Women in Print says Karra-Hassan will address the role of gender in leadership and how women working in the print industry can benefit from this understanding.

Since its inception Women in Print has attracted a diverse audience comprising women in senior management, sales and marketing through to those working in technical capacities on the shop floor. The organisation says more than 3500 women have so far participated in its events.
